What our customers say

Using Zealys to manage our payroll system sometimes makes me forget how tedious it was supposed to be.

Zealys is a very user-friendly payroll/leave/claims management app with integration to CPF and IRAS for both admins and employees. They will handhold you through the first few months of onboarding and very invested on making Zealys work for your organization. I appreciate this the most!

Been using this software for quite awhile now. Definitely the most sleek and user friendly HRMS system ever. Payroll processing time has reduced by at least 40%, which is beneficial for bigger companies to invest in.

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a Singapore government initiative that helps companies improve productivity and automate processes through IT solutions and equipment. The grant provides up to 50% funding support for pre-approved solutions like Zealys HRMS to help businesses digitalize their HR operations.

Eligible SMEs can receive up to 50% funding support for HRMS solutions, with an annual grant cap of S$30,000 per company (from April 1 to March 31). For Zealys HRMS, this means the government can co-fund half of your implementation costs. Companies that qualify for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) can receive additional subsidies covering up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses.

Your company qualifies if you meet these criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • At least 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
  • Annual sales turnover not exceeding S$100 million OR employment size not exceeding 200 workers
  • The HRMS solution must be used in Singapore
  • No payment or contract signed before PSG application submission

The application process is straightforward:

  1. Get a quotation from Zealys (PSG pre-approved vendor)
  2. Submit your application via the Business Grants Portal using your CorpPass
  3. Upload required documents (quotation, company details, justification)
  4. Await approval – typically 4 to 6 weeks processing time
  5. Implement Zealys after approval
  6. Submit your claim with proof of purchase and usage

PSG applications are typically processed within 4 to 6 weeks from submission of all required information. We recommend applying ahead of your planned implementation timeline to account for processing time. You can track your application status through the Business Grants Portal.

Yes, sole proprietors and partnerships can apply for PSG Grant as long as they fulfill the eligibility criteria, including being registered and operating in Singapore, meeting the local shareholding requirement, and not exceeding the revenue or employee size limits.
